Reviews and Ratings
I had high hopes for this hotel, but it fell short in many ways. While the rooms were clean and had a modern look, the service was disappointing and at times felt dismissive. The location is lovely, and the grounds are pretty, but accessing our room was a hassle without proper communication. Dining could use improvement as well, with the staff seeming overwhelmed and unhelpful. Overall, I'm left with mixed feelings about whether this hotel is worth the price.
Our stay was quite disappointing, especially since we celebrated our 20-year anniversary. The hotel was noisy due to a wedding event, and the lack of air conditioning made it unbearable. The initial room we received was not what we had reserved, and the cleanliness was unacceptable. On a positive note, the grounds are beautiful, and the management could potentially improve the experience with better organization.
This resort offers beautiful mountain views and spacious rooms with modern amenities, creating an inviting atmosphere. The staff was helpful and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. However, navigating the property during a snowstorm was challenging due to unshoveled paths, and some areas showed signs of wear and needed attention. Overall, it's a unique experience but with some drawbacks during inclement weather.
My stay at the hotel was frustrating due to poor customer service and unexpected charges. While the rooms had a nice aesthetic, other aspects of my experience were disappointing. The location had its charm, but the issues with housekeeping and maintenance seriously affected my experience. I would not recommend this place based on my experience, especially considering the price I paid.
